Nova Poshta

Place an order on the website. – When placing an order, select the delivery method "Nova Poshta". – The express invoice number will be sent in an SMS message or a notification in Viber. – Track the status of the shipment on the website "Nova Poshta" or the mobile application "Nova Poshta", after the parcel arrives at the delivery point you will receive a corresponding notification. – Receive the parcel at the delivery point (the presence of a passport or other document confirming the identity is mandatory). – Check the working condition of the goods on site. – Pay the order cost to the operator. – Delivery time from 1 to 3 business days. – Delivery cost - from 50 hryvnias.

Post office «Nova Poshta»

Place an order on the website. – When placing an order, select the delivery method Post office «Nova Poshta». – Specify the post office number in the basket when placing an order. – You can pay for the order when it is received at the post office by online payment from “Nova Poshta” – The express invoice number will be sent in an SMS message or a notification in Viber. – Track the status of the shipment on the «Nova Poshta» website, or the “Nova Poshta” mobile application. – When the order is uploaded to the post office — you will receive a notification about this. – If the goods were paid for by prepayment, near the post office you need to go to the mobile application, go to the "My shipments" section, select the desired express waybill and click the "Open box" button and pick up the parcel. - Otherwise, before opening the box, you need to pay the order amount in the "Nova Poshta" application. - If the client accidentally closed the box without picking up the parcel, you need to click the "Open box again" button in the application. - Delivery time from 1 to 3 business days. - Delivery cost - from 50 hryvnias.

Self-pickup in Kyiv

After placing an order with the selected delivery method “Self-pickup”, a manager will contact you to clarify the readiness of your order for delivery. In order not to wait for our managers to collect your order, please – wait for the call.

LiqPay

Go to the order page. Select a payment option using the LiqPay system. -Click on the «Pay» button. -On the payment page, enter the card details (number, expiration date and CVV code) and click «Pay». -The buyer will receive a message in mobile banking or a transaction confirmation code (3Ds). -If the data is correct — the corresponding amount for the goods is transferred from the buyer's card. -The money is reserved on the transit account of the partner bank until the buyer receives the parcel.

Postpay “Nova Poshta”

Postpay refers to payment for goods and delivery upon receipt at Nova Poshta. – The ordered goods will be sent according to the details left by the recipient. – Payment for goods and delivery is made by the recipient at the Nova Poshta representative office. – With this payment method, an additional commission for Nova Poshta services may be charged. Payment of the order by Iban according to the issued invoice

Go to the order page. Select the payment option using a non-cash payment. -Click on the button «Pay». -The details for non-cash payment will appear. In the payment destination, indicate “Payment of the order by account (and your order number)”.
